Phew! The last ten days have been really tough, particularly last Tuesday in Cambridge – I was unprepared for how tiring it would be to flyer all the colleges by myself. It’s all been well worth it though, and we’ve had hundreds of responses already from interested potential tutors.
I was also in Oxford on Thursday to train another assessor, this one is also keen to assess tutors in South Wales, so will help us to spread our net even wider.
However, I’m finally in a position to relax a little, because I don’t have any significant periods of time away from my desk over the next couple of weeks. I say relax, but what I really mean is that I can concentrate on all the things I’m keen to do, which can’t be done on my travels. There are probably 50-100 improvements to the website which I’m itching to get on with, so we’re going to start there.
