Hello! This week has mainly consisted of overseeing the new assessments, and looking into way of getting more students.
I’m pleased to say that after fixing all the bugs in the previous week, there haven’t been any further assessment problems, and everything is working smoothly. I’m currently writing a few more webpages about the new system, and something I’m hoping to do is find assessors outside of London, Oxford and Cambridge, so that we can really build up our tutor base elsewhere.
I had a very positive meeting last week with someone who had some great ideas about reaching more students, so that’s something I’m going to pursue over the next few weeks. There are still many other things to work here though, including distributing our brochures to places where students may see them, some door-to-door flyering, and also simply tinkering with our current marketing avenues to improve them. Lots to be done!
