I trained another assessor in London on Friday last week. I know it was Good Friday, but, as I’ve said before, that doesn’t really make a difference to me, and in a weird way it feels like I’m working twice as hard when it’s on a bank holiday. On that note, happy Easter to all of our tutors and students.
Also, I’ve now got an A0.5 sized piece of paper on my floor, onto which I’m going to start placing the disciplines in our database. I’ve mentioned this before, but the end goal is to have a much better system for matching tutors and students in terms of what the student wants to learn, and what the tutor is able to teach. I’m currently trying to decide whether to make the massive collage more like a Venn diagram, or more like a family tree. Both feel kind of right at the moment (it’s like wave-particle duality), so we might end up with some kind of hybrid.
