If it appears as though I haven’t done much in the last week then I’ll have to blame the world cup. I’ve been trying to work lots in the morning, and often through the night, taking 90 minutes breaks at 12:30, 3pm and 7:30. It’s probably a blessing in disguise that we’re down to two games a day now – less fun for me, but I’ll be much more productive.
Having said all that, the programming I’ve been doing in the last week has gone really well, and it’s starting to produce some results. The main thing won’t have been seen by any tutors or students, because it was something that made it easier for Harriet and me to manipulate potential tutors’ assessments. However, you may have noticed the various photos that have been added to the website, mainly of tuition sessions. We’ve also added each tutor’s photo to their personal details page, and hopefully soon, when a lesson is arranged, students will be able to log in, and see their tutor’s photo before the first lesson, as a security measure.
