If Payments are Worrying You, Talk to Us!
99% of our tutors pay all their invoices on time. However, we have a few tutors who don’t seem to think this is important. When we invoice you we do it because you have already earned the money through a contact with whom we have put you in touch. It isn’t unreasonable therefore to expect you to pay us on time. We do allow plenty of time for payment too, and, if you are struggling for a genuine reason we are accommodating - as long as you get in touch and talk to us.
Ignoring emails and letters only produces hassle and stress, for you as well as us at BT. If you will only drop us an email and let us know what is happening, or how we can help you, then we will almost always be able to accommodate this. We don’t like it when we are ignored and ignored until it becomes a situation that no one likes to deal with.
When you are late paying, we remind you. If you still don’t pay we apply a late payment charge and remind you again. If you still don’t pay we apply a late payment charge and remind you again. It seems odd to me then that a tutor can pay an invoice 3 months late, with no explanation or contact in the meantime, and then complain about charges.
Talk to us. We are nice and approachable. We will work something out with you. All you have to do is contact us.
