Happy new year to all of our tutors and students!
I am hoping that 2014 will be quite a big year for Blue Tutors, or at least one with a lot of changes. There’s going to be a big change to our recruitment process soon, more to come on that over the next month or so. We’re also close to launching our new qualification system, which will signal the time for a huge number of changes to the website, which I couldn’t do before, as well as a new look; a but more modern, but sill as simple to use. My standard test is that my mum has to be able to complete a new tutor form, otherwise it’s too complicated.
One of the standard issues at this time of year is tutors booking lessons for January 2014 and then wondering why we’ve emailed them about a massively overdue update; I really must add a check on website which asks people to confirm whether they meant to add a booked lesson for 350 odd days ago. I’m not criticising; it usually takes me a month or so to stop writing last year.
